Waccamaw Community Foundation has set aside $10,000 to match donations made to 21 organizations serving Georgetown County on Palmetto Giving Day on May 7.
That means these organizations only need to reach between $400-$500 in donations to receive the same amount from the foundation. Help them meet that threshold and we’ll double the impact!
We’ve supported these nonprofits through our grantmaking programs in the past.
Palmetto Giving Day, held annually by our partner, Frances P. Bunnelle Foundation, is a 24-hour giving event to inspire people to give generously to nonprofit organizations serving Georgetown County.
You can donate in person at the Palmetto Giving Day event from 3-7 p.m. May 7 on Front Street in Georgetown, or make donations online at www.palmettogivingday.org.
Here are the organizations we’re offering matching grants to, and the minimum donations they have to reach on May 7.
