Disaster Relief Volunteers

Getting Involved
After a disaster, people come together to help provide food, shelter, and comfort to those affected by hurricanes, tornadoes, or fires.
Trusted Nonprofit Organizations in affected areas know where volunteers are needed.
Depending on the disaster and the current phase of it, volunteers can be extremely helpful to ensure that survivors can return to their “new normal.”
Recovery lasts longer than media attention. There will be volunteer needs for many months, often years, after the disaster.
